
NON-DISCLOSURE AND
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Private Wedding Website and Event
This Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Bride and Groom (“Hosts”) and the individual accessing the private wedding website and/or accepting the wedding invitation (“Guest”).
This Agreement is effective upon Guest’s access to the private wedding website, RSVP submission, or attendance at the Event, whichever occurs first.
1. PURPOSE
The Hosts have created a private wedding website and extended invitations containing confidential and personal information regarding their wedding ceremony and reception (collectively, the “Event”). Access to this information is strictly conditioned upon Guest’s agreement to maintain confidentiality and comply with all Event policies.
2. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

All content contained on the private wedding website;

The names, identities, and personal information of the Bride and Groom;

The wedding date;
-
Ceremony location;
-
Reception location;
-
Event schedule and itinerary;
-
Travel and accommodation details;
-
Guest list information;
-
Security arrangements;
-
Any verbal, written, digital, or electronic communication relating to the Event.
Confidential Information shall remain confidential before, during, and after the Event.
3. NON-DISCLOSURE OBLIGATIONS
Guest agrees that they shall not:

Disclose, publish, share, forward, post, or otherwise disseminate any Confidential Information to any third party; by any means, including but not limited to text message, email, verbal communication, or digital transmission

Post or reference any Event-related information on social media platforms;

Screenshot, download, photograph, copy, or reproduce any portion of the wedding website or its contents;

Discuss Event details with any individual who was not personally invited by the Hosts.

These obligations are ongoing and survive the conclusion of the Event.
4. NO PHONES, CAMERAS, OR RECORDING DEVICES
This Event is strictly private and confidential.
By accepting the invitation and/or attending the Event, Guest expressly agrees:

No cellular phones, smart devices, cameras, tablets, video equipment, audio recorders, or recording devices of any kind will be permitted inside the wedding venue or outside on the venue premises;

No photographs, videos, livestreams, audio recordings, or digital reproductions of any kind shall be taken at any time during the Event;

Guest will be required to power off devices, leave devices in their vehicle, or surrender devices temporarily as a condition of entry.
Failure to comply with this provision constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
5. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Accessing the wedding website, submitting an RSVP, accepting the invitation, or attending the Event constitutes full legal acceptance of this Agreement. Attendance at the Event is expressly conditioned upon compliance with all terms set forth herein.
6. REMOVAL FOR NON-COMPLIANCE
Guest acknowledges that failure to comply with this Agreement or any instructions given by the Hosts, venue staff, security personnel, or designated representatives shall result in immediate removal from the premises without refund, compensation, or further notice.
The Hosts reserve the absolute right to deny entry or revoke attendance at their sole discretion.
7. REMEDIES
Guest acknowledges that unauthorized disclosure or recording may cause irreparable harm to the Hosts. In the event of a breach, the Hosts shall be entitled to seek all remedies available under Texas law, including but not limited to:

Injunctive relief;

Temporary restraining orders;
-
Monetary damages;
-
Attorney’s fees and court costs where permitted by law.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively in the appropriate courts of the county in Texas where the Event is held.
9. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Texas law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By accessing the wedding website, submitting an RSVP, accepting this invitation, or attending the Event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by this Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement.
